Welcome to the official website of USGC Services. We are an independent company that was formed in the later parts of the 90's with the focus on assisting potential DV applicants entering the so called Green Card Lottery.
I started out advertising in newspapers after winning a green card in the lottery myself. The idea was to only assist others for a small fee and soon realized that many people really required assistance. This lead to the design of the website, initially just as a source of information but then it was developed into a full blown interactive application where applicants can entering, track and submit applications throughout the year.
We operate out of the state of New Hampshire in the north eastern parts of the United States in a college town called Hanover. It's also the home of the well-known ivy league school of Dartmouth College.We also have agents in South Africa and we are in the process of establishing agents in many other parts of the world.
USGC Services strives to assist anyone from any country around the world to enter the green card lottery program successfully. We've learned early on that by providing you with exceptional service and sharing our expertise is the key to success for both you and ourselves. This became our success story.

Our services includes:
Expert advice on the program before, during and after the DV process,
We accept application 365 days a year and resubmit during the brief submission period,
We adjust photographs to be 100% correct as required by the State Department. Note that all the State Departments upload facility checks for is if the picture is the correct size and the resolution in pixels. You can for example submit a picture of a tree and as long as the above is "correct", the picture will be accepted. However, needless to say that that does not mean the picture was indeed correct. This is what we help with and believe me we spend many hours assisting in this regard especially with communicating with applicants.
Scan every application and inform the applicant of errors
Provide the applicant with the ability to change contact information before, during and after the DV process. This option is NOT offered by the State Department and should you move of get a new phone number or email you can update your information over the web.
The use of our address as your contact address for all communication with the State Department. This is crucial as lots of mail goes missing according to feedback we receive from applicants.
Assistance in phase two if you were selected as a winner. This includes telephone conversations, registered mail, copying documentation etc.
We make copies of every document received from the State Department and the applicant, especially after the winning process.
We communicate on your behalf with the State Department if you were a winner and need to contact them.
