The USA Government has a system called the DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT
VISA program. In this program the State Department allocates 50,000 permanent
resident Visas (or Green Cards) to residents of certain eligible countries around the world. [More]
Applicants for Diversity Visas are chosen by a computer-generated random drawing. Your country of birth may qualify you for the next scheduled program referred to
as DV2010. The selected applicants will receive permanent resident visas after
filing a successful immigration petition. This will give them the legal right to live, work and/or study in
the United Sates of America! You and your family may be among those recipients. View the list of Non-Eligible Countries.
All applications must be processed before the closing date. This years program is closing on Sunday December 3, 2009 at 12 noon EST (GMT -5).

USGC Serves assists and enable applicants to submit applications throughout the
year. Complete your online application immediately to avoid any
disappointment. You have the option to complete an online application or print an off-line application. Off-line application, together with your passport photographs must be mailed to USGC Services mailing address.
We strongly discourage the use of the paper application forms to prevent capturing errors unless there is no other way. Note that the State Department
implemented new rules in Aug 2003 whereby only electronic applications and digital photographs can be submitted. However, our office
will continue to process submitted paper applications and scan and digitize all photographs.
The random computer-generated drawing will take place between January
- April. Winners will be informed via mail, e-mail or phone. If selected, you will win the right to legally file an
immigration petition and after the DV visa was issued, live and work permanently in the United States!
