The
image must be in JPEG format also known as JPG.
The image must be either in color or
grayscale; monochrome (2-bit color depth) is not accepted.
If a new digital photograph is
taken, attempt to have the resolution of 320 pixels wide by 240
pixels high, and a color depth of either 24-bit color, 8-bit color,
or 8-bit grayscale.
If a printed photograph is scanned,
it must be 2 x 2 inches (50mm x 50mm) square. Scan it at a
resolution of 150 dpi and a color depth of either 24 or 8 bit color,
or 8-bit grayscale.
The maximum image file size is
62.5kb (62,500 bytes).
(USGC Services will attempt to adjust
photographs to these standards, but it remains your responsibility to comply with the
specifications above.
You
must upload a photograph for each member on your application.
Please rename the file to be in this format. First your application ID number
followed by the Last name and name of the person on the picture. e.g.
DV2K4-929_Smith_John.jpg
