To transfer money to USGC Services, you will have to visit a Western Union branch. Complete the green form To Send Money as marked in red below.
- Visit a nearby Western Union® Agent location. [Search for Western Union locations in your country]
- Complete the "To Send Money" form. (Areas marked A, B, C, D, E, F, G and red text)
- All payments should be made payable to USGC Services. Complete the areas marked in red.
- Give the Agent the amount due plus the transaction fee and any required identification.
- Be sure to save the receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
- Email the MTCN number to customerservice001@usaza.com and include your Application ID above.
- Login with your username and password and select the option MoneyGram Reference Number. Select Western Union, enter the reference number, date and amount paid.
NOTE: The MTCN number is also used to track the status of your transaction
